Lishen: Launching Ten New Battery Products Covering Multiple Fields
On November 1, Tianjin Lishen Battery Co., Ltd. held its 2024 new product launch conference in Tianjin.
During the conference, Mao Dawei, the Party Secretary and General Manager of Lishen, showcased a smart manufacturing production line equipped with internationally advanced equipment and technology, with an investment of nearly 1.2 billion yuan. The direction of Lishen's product system planning is primarily focused on cobalt-lithium and ternary systems, maintaining industry leadership; it aims to make breakthroughs in next-generation common technologies such as semi-solid and solid-state batteries, concentrating on cutting-edge technology research; the lithium iron phosphate system focuses on the development of small power systems.
The conference launched ten new products, including 900Wh/L high-energy high-silicon batteries, 5C super fast-charging batteries, high-power all-tab batteries, and semi-solid batteries, covering various fields such as mobile phones, laptops, power banks, smart wearables, cleaning tools, and drones.
900Wh/L High-Energy High-Silicon Battery: Utilizes dual-layer electrodes and electrochemical buffering technology to solve the cycling issues of high-silicon systems; with a cycle life of over 1000 cycles, it can be widely applied in consumer electronics that require high endurance.
High Energy Density 3C Fast-Charging Battery: Charges to 80% in 20 minutes, with an energy density of over 810Wh/L, while exhibiting excellent safety and cycle performance, making it suitable for fast-charging mobile phones, gaming laptops, bi-directional fast-charging power banks, and wearables.
5C Super Fast-Charging Battery: Innovatively employs charging temperature management technology, charging to 80% in 12 minutes with a temperature rise of less than 17°C. While ensuring safety, it significantly extends the battery's lifespan to 1500 cycles, suitable for mobile phones, smart wearables, and drones.
High-Safety Battery: Exhibits outstanding safety performance under extreme abuse conditions such as drilling, puncturing, heavy impact, bending, and 145°C thermal cycling, making it applicable to mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and power banks.
High Energy Density Drone Battery: Features lightweight and long endurance characteristics, with a 5C pulse discharge capability, ensuring sufficient power support for drones during startup, acceleration, and complex flight modes; it also has a long lifespan exceeding 1500 cycles, significantly reducing the frequency of battery replacements.
High-Power All-Tab Battery: Utilizes a multi-tab winding structure with low internal resistance and low temperature rise, suitable for high-rate charging and discharging, while maintaining a long cycle life of over 1000 cycles at 1.5C charge/3C discharge, applicable in cleaning tools, super power banks, and drones.
Semi-Solid Battery: Offers high energy density, outstanding safety, and excellent low-temperature performance, passing extreme safety tests such as puncturing. It can be used in mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and power banks.
Ultra-Thin Battery: With a thickness of only 1.0mm, comparable to that of a bank card, it features high safety, long lifespan, and lightweight characteristics, with a cycle life exceeding 1000 cycles at 2C charge/1C discharge, suitable for smartphones, tablets, and smart cards.
Arc-Shaped Battery: Utilizes specialized stacking and forming technology and high safety technology, offering a high space utilization rate along with excellent safety and cycle performance, with a cycle life of over 1000 cycles, suitable for gaming consoles, smart wearables, and AR&VR products.
Wide Temperature Range Battery: Can operate within a range of 85°C to -30°C, capable of supporting over 45 days of full charge storage at 85°C without gas generation; with no capacity decay after two months of storage at 60°C, and discharging capacity reaching 70% at -30°C, applicable to automotive electronics and outdoor products.
